Physical Health Education

Physical and Health Education (PHE) in the MYP aims to foster holistic development by addressing physical, mental, and social well-being.

PHE focuses on a range of activities, including sports, fitness, dance, and personal development.

The objectives are aiming to promote physical fitness, develop motor skills, help students to develop positive attitudes towards their own physical activity, and enhance knowledge about issues such as nutrition, hygiene, and mental health.

PHE seeks to instill values like teamwork, resilience, and respect for others through collaborative activities and sportsmanship.

By engaging in experiential learning opportunities, students are encouraged to reflect on their own physical capabilities and set personal goals for improvement.

Through this process, they develop a lifelong appreciation for leading a healthy, active lifestyle and acquire essential skills for maintaining their well-being in the future.
